- Share your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the damaged or missing items.
- If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Important Notes
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a refund to be processed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
